Jason Aldean ranks as the top-selling country artist so far in 2011, according to Nielsen SoundScan, thanks to his album "My Kinda Party." He's selling out big concert venues across the U.S., and on Monday night Aldean performed at Major League Baseball's Home Run Derby in Glendale, Ariz.
So, yeah, the 34-year-old singer -- and baseball fan -- from Georgia is batting a pretty good average this year. In a phone interview, he talked about his family, his duets with Kelly Clarkson and Ludacris, and how he's ready to take a stab at the silver screen.
